AGIE INTEGRAL 3 OPC - ERP interface


 


The AGIE INTEGRAL 3 OPC - ERP interface for Die-sinking spark erosion machines enables you to achieve a higher failure safety, ascertain the plant utilization and finetune of the plant floor.

The Process Data interface integrates resources like Tap grinding machines, Twist drill grinding machines or Bench eccentric presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like infor or SAP Business One and delivers consistent information (Speed Loss, , Startup Rejects) in real time. With the Factory Data Collection technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (FACMET, DUISBURG, ECLAIR...) and control-specific (GE MC 2000, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 18i Model B, HURCO KMB I...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Programmed stop; M00,M01, Dry-run feedrate or Serial interface DB 37) to uniform machine states like Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready , Energy Conservation .

  • Transform states like (Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready , Energy Conservation ) to indicators (Speed Loss, , Startup Rejects).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (FACMET, DUISBURG, ECLAIR) machine programming the Machine - MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses mechanical, Machining centers or Machining centers that are customized for controls (GE MC 2000, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 18i Model B, HURCO KMB I...) you profit for Die-sinking spark erosion machines from low total costs of ownership.
