BARON MAX SD16BP SCADA - OPC - ERP connector

The BARON MAX SD16BP SCADA - OPC - ERP connector for Die-sinking spark erosion machines enables you to analyze groupwork, determine the costs per part and acquire the correct part time of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Collection technology integrates resources like Shrinker Metal Former, Tension and pressure testing gauge or Polishing Automatic Machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like QAD or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Quality, Planned Shut Down) in real time. With the MES - Machine integration connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (UTITA, SECMU UTITA, BREUER AND WERKE...) and control-specific (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D base line, GILDEMEISTER EPL / 2, ZOLLER 6051 electronic...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Own insertion active DB 40, channel DB41 or M01 active) to uniform machine states like Idle , Energy Conservation , In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (Idle , Energy Conservation , In Cycle) to indicators (Quality Loss, Quality, Planned Shut Down).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES-ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (UTITA, SECMU UTITA, BREUER AND WERKE) machine programming the XMII client connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Milling machines, Shaping and slotting machines or Lathes that are customized for controls (Siemens SINUMERIK 802D base line, GILDEMEISTER EPL / 2, ZOLLER 6051 electronic...) you profit for Die-sinking spark erosion machines from low total costs of ownership.
