The CHARMILLES ROBOFORM 200 Machine - ERP interface for Die-sinking spark erosion machines enables you to increase transparency, analyze faults and identify potential for improvements and increase data integrity of the plant floor.

The Factory Data Capture technology integrates resources like Band Sawing Machines Vertical, 5 Sides Machining centres Vert Hor or Other and special purpose milling machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like abas or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and delivers consistent information (Fully Productive Time, Cycle Time, Ideal Cycle Time) in real time. With the ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (FAMOT, TAKISAWA, BUMEN...) and control-specific (BOSCH 880, ALLEN BRADLEY 8200 AT, ACRAMATIC 900 MC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M00 M01, programmed stop, Spindle speed override active or Processing delay) to uniform machine states like Idle , End of Travel , In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (Idle , End of Travel , In Cycle) to indicators (Fully Productive Time, Cycle Time, Ideal Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the XAPPS connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (FAMOT, TAKISAWA, BUMEN) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Thread and worm machines, Milling machines or Shears that are customized for controls (BOSCH 880, ALLEN BRADLEY 8200 AT, ACRAMATIC 900 MC...) you profit for Die-sinking spark erosion machines from low total costs of ownership.
