The DIEFFENBACHER 800-40-3 Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface for Die Spotting Presses enables you to apportion machine time to product costs, optimize efficiency and effectiveness and reinforce the corporate strategy of the plant floor.

The Process Data Connector integrates resources like Polishing machines single double, Transfer Presses 2-4 columns or Circular Sawing Machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Proalpha and delivers consistent information (Run Rate, Availability, Run Rate) in real time. With the Machine - ERP interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MOORE PRECISION TOOLS, BLACK AND DECKER, MD...) and control-specific (Bridgeport C6, MAKINO B60, SMT 220...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Softkey function calls, CPU failure or DB DX number base cursor data) to uniform machine states like Quality Alert , Quality Alert , Over Cycle .

  • Transform states like (Quality Alert , Quality Alert , Over Cycle ) to indicators (Run Rate, Availability, Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Sensor Machine EDP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MOORE PRECISION TOOLS, BLACK AND DECKER, MD) machine programming the MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Surface treatment machines, Machining centers or Shears that are customized for controls (Bridgeport C6, MAKINO B60, SMT 220...) you profit for Die Spotting Presses from low total costs of ownership.
