The MULLER - 50T ZAE 50-40H Industrial Data Acquisition for Die Spotting Presses enables you to optimize your processes, visualize idle machine states and optimize your processes of the plant floor.

The Machine Communication interface integrates resources like CNC lathes 4 or more axes, Bench and Column type drilling machines or Riveting machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Baan or Apertum and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Good Pieces, Ideal Cycle Time) in real time. With the OPC - MES - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SAINT ETIENNE, ADFORM, MARTIN...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik Sprint T, NUM 760, Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX standard...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (FAF via command channel DB 41, Data transfer PLC NC DB 36 or Axis-specific 611D signals) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Faulted , Energy Conservation .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Faulted , Energy Conservation ) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Good Pieces, Ideal Cycle Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the XAPPS interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SAINT ETIENNE, ADFORM, MARTIN) machine programming the MDA integration technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Sheet Metalforming machines, Sheet Metalforming machines or Die casting machines that are customized for controls (Siemens Sinumerik Sprint T, NUM 760, Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX standard...) you profit for Die Spotting Presses from low total costs of ownership.
