SCHMALTZ APH Machine - EDP connector


 


The SCHMALTZ APH Machine - EDP connector for Double column grinding machines enables you to ascertain the utilization ratio, create interfaces to superordinated systems and improve the actuality of information of the plant floor.

The Machine - SAP connector integrates resources like Water Treatment and Filtration Plant, Thread and Worm Cutting Machines or Other turning Machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Navision and delivers consistent information (Rework Pieces, Net Operating Time, Breakdowns) in real time. With the Machine Communication interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (MOSSINI INVER-PRESS, FEHLMANN, CRESTA...) and control-specific (MITSUBISHI 320M, BOSTOMATIC BDC 3200, DECKEL Dialog 3...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Delete number of subroutine passes, Menu number user or PLC error message acknowledge) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Starved (Blocked Up) , In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Starved (Blocked Up) , In Cycle) to indicators (Rework Pieces, Net Operating Time, Breakdowns).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the OPC - MES - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (MOSSINI INVER-PRESS, FEHLMANN, CRESTA) machine programming the Process Data interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Die casting machines, Lathes or Surface treatment machines that are customized for controls (MITSUBISHI 320M, BOSTOMATIC BDC 3200, DECKEL Dialog 3...) you profit for Double column grinding machines from low total costs of ownership.
