The DISKUS DDH 900 IV So Machine Data Extractor for Double sided grinders enables you to analyze multiple machine work, ascertain the plant utilization and finetune of the plant floor.

The Sensor Machine EDP connector integrates resources like Extrusion Presses, Bench eccentric presses or Blasting and Extraction seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or Baan and delivers consistent information (Breakdowns, Run Rate, Performance) in real time. With the Operational Data Logging interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (COLOMBO, WICKMAN, RAIMONDI - 60T...) and control-specific (YASNAC 3000, RASKIN 303, Mitsubishi Electric iQ Integrated Controller Plattform...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Actual direction of rotation clockwise, IKA via command channel DB41 or End number) to uniform machine states like Faulted , Idle , Out Of Auto.

  • Transform states like (Faulted , Idle , Out Of Auto) to indicators (Breakdowns, Run Rate, Performance).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Industrial Data Capture module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (COLOMBO, WICKMAN, RAIMONDI - 60T) machine programming the Process Data connector module can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Borers, Machining centers or Measuring machines that are customized for controls (YASNAC 3000, RASKIN 303, Mitsubishi Electric iQ Integrated Controller Plattform...) you profit for Double sided grinders from low total costs of ownership.
