The DISKUS DDS 600 III-PLM CNC Machine - MES interface for Double sided grinders enables you to analyze multiple machine work, enhance the productivity and detect the average pass-trough time of the plant floor.

The ERP connector integrates resources like Tap grinding machines, Cutting Off Machines by grinding or Sheet metal gang slitting line seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP xApps or Microsoft Navision and delivers consistent information (Changeover Time, Actual Run Rate, Net Operating Time) in real time. With the Industrial Data Acquisition you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (WEBER, BALCONI - 100T, BONNAMY...) and control-specific (TRUMPF GNT 28, GE 550 y-STOR, Siemens Sinumerik FMNC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Emergency stop to NC messages, Gear switchover or as from last main block without errors) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready ) to indicators (Changeover Time, Actual Run Rate, Net Operating Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MES Connector module does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (WEBER, BALCONI - 100T, BONNAMY) machine programming the XAPPS interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Tool grinding machines, Gear cutting machines or Milling machines that are customized for controls (TRUMPF GNT 28, GE 550 y-STOR, Siemens Sinumerik FMNC...) you profit for Double sided grinders from low total costs of ownership.
