The DISKUS WERKE DSR 400 600 Factory Data Capture technology for Double sided grinders enables you to apportion machine time to product costs, increase data integrity and ascertain the plant utilization of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Acquisition integrates resources like Polishing Vibrators and Tumbling Drums, Vertical milling machines or Shaping machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or PSI and delivers consistent information (Ideal Cycle Time, Changeover Time, Availability) in real time. With the Machine - ERP interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (KRAMER, GRAFFESTADEN, MACOBE 3000KG...) and control-specific (FANUC 3M, TOSNUC 5, MAZAK T2...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Positive-related switch ON, Spindle synchronized or DRF selected) to uniform machine states like Tool Change , Production Stop , In Cycle.

  • Transform states like (Tool Change , Production Stop , In Cycle) to indicators (Ideal Cycle Time, Changeover Time, Availability).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Factory Data Collection technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (KRAMER, GRAFFESTADEN, MACOBE 3000KG) machine programming the Factory Data Collection technology can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Drilling machines, Sheet Metalforming machines or Milling machines that are customized for controls (FANUC 3M, TOSNUC 5, MAZAK T2...) you profit for Double sided grinders from low total costs of ownership.
