GARDNER 2H30-30 Machine - EDP connector


 


The GARDNER 2H30-30 Machine - EDP connector for Double sided grinders enables you to ascertain the plant utilization, monitor multiple machine work and enhance the information flow and transparence of the plant floor.

The MES - Machine integration connector integrates resources like Double sided grinders, Twist drill grinding machines or Horizontal Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Navision or QAD and delivers consistent information (Setup and Adjustments, Adjustment Time, Process) in real time. With the XAPPS connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SHARMIC, MT, SAMPUTENSILI...) and control-specific (Siemens Sinumerik 560K, ALLEN BRADLEY 7360, MESSMA Kelch PC...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (NC emergency stop acknowledge, Mode group number or Reset) to uniform machine states like Out Of Auto, Non Productive , Power Off .

  • Transform states like (Out Of Auto, Non Productive , Power Off ) to indicators (Setup and Adjustments, Adjustment Time, Process).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Production Data Acquisition connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SHARMIC, MT, SAMPUTENSILI) machine programming the Process Data Connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Presses hydraulic, Erosion machines or Machining centers that are customized for controls (Siemens Sinumerik 560K, ALLEN BRADLEY 7360, MESSMA Kelch PC...) you profit for Double sided grinders from low total costs of ownership.
