BROTHER TC321 SAP - ERP connector


 


The BROTHER TC321 SAP - ERP connector for Drilling and Milling Centers enables you to increase data integrity, log operator-less machine times and visibly improve the transparency of the plant floor.

The SCADA - OPC - ERP connector integrates resources like Press Brakes Hydraulic, Longbed radial drilling machines or Knuckle Joint Presses 2 or 4 columns seamlessly with ERP/MES like XMII SAP or SAGE and delivers consistent information (Run Rate, Changeover Time, Small Stop) in real time. With the Factory Data Collection technology you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BRANSON, VERNIER, WEISS FRANK...) and control-specific (CINCINNATI Acramatic 900 / 950, HEIDENHAIN 415, AGIE 200...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (PLC operational message, Dynamic M signals DB 30 or DB DX number base cursor data) to uniform machine states like Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready , Systems Fault .

  • Transform states like (Maintenance Assist, Auto Ready , Systems Fault ) to indicators (Run Rate, Changeover Time, Small Stop).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine Data Extractor does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BRANSON, VERNIER, WEISS FRANK) machine programming the MDA - MES connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Thread and worm machines, Thread and worm machines or Lathes that are customized for controls (CINCINNATI Acramatic 900 / 950, HEIDENHAIN 415, AGIE 200...) you profit for Drilling and Milling Centers from low total costs of ownership.
