CARBOLITE Laboratory - Bench top Process Data connector module


 


The CARBOLITE Laboratory - Bench top Process Data connector module for Drying ovens 200-400 C enables you to post calculate, detect weak points and detect the average pass-trough time of the plant floor.

The MES-ERP connector integrates resources like Keyseating machines, H-Frame Multiple-Die Presses or Tube Cut-off machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or IBS Enterprise and delivers consistent information (Takt Time, Changeover Time, Adjustment Time) in real time. With the Process Data interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (SACEM, RAMBAUDI, LUI...) and control-specific (MAZAK M1, Eckelmann ENC55, KONGSBERG SM4 S...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Actual parameter set number Speed ratio, Menu dialog text number or Feedrate disable general) to uniform machine states like Tool Change , Auto Ready , Out Of Auto.

  • Transform states like (Tool Change , Auto Ready , Out Of Auto) to indicators (Takt Time, Changeover Time, Adjustment Time).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the XMII client connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (SACEM, RAMBAUDI, LUI) machine programming the Industrial Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Robots, Grinding and honing machines or Surface treatment machines that are customized for controls (MAZAK M1, Eckelmann ENC55, KONGSBERG SM4 S...) you profit for Drying ovens 200-400 C from low total costs of ownership.
