HEDINAIR Air Circulated Box Oven MES Connector module


 


The HEDINAIR Air Circulated Box Oven MES Connector module for Drying ovens 400-800 C enables you to analyze productive times, increase data integrity and find out the error rate of the plant floor.

The Machine Data Logger interface integrates resources like Automatic Polishing Machines, Laser interferometry or Endworking machines single both ends seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or infor and delivers consistent information (Process, Net Operating Time, Process) in real time. With the MES Connector module you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (DROOP AND REIN, MACUT, METAMA...) and control-specific (ECS 2102, Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX performance, HEIDENHAIN 155...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (G00, rapid traverse, Positive edge or Dynamic signals user) to uniform machine states like Low Material , DCON Communication Lost, Production Stop .

  • Transform states like (Low Material , DCON Communication Lost, Production Stop ) to indicators (Process, Net Operating Time, Process).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the MDA integration technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (DROOP AND REIN, MACUT, METAMA) machine programming the ERP connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Surface treatment machines, Shears or Grinding and honing machines that are customized for controls (ECS 2102, Bosch Rexroth IndraMotion MTX performance, HEIDENHAIN 155...) you profit for Drying ovens 400-800 C from low total costs of ownership.
