NEDERMAN VAC 20 - 1500 Operational Data Logging interface


 


The NEDERMAN VAC 20 - 1500 Operational Data Logging interface for Dust Extraction - Dry enables you to analyze groupwork, create interfaces to superordinated systems and monitor corrective maintenance of the plant floor.

The SAP - Machine connector integrates resources like Bowl Vibrators, Metal Dosage Units or Forging Presses seamlessly with ERP/MES like ProALPHA or MySAP and delivers consistent information (Total Pieces, Operating time, Run Rate) in real time. With the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (AFFILATRICI, PRATT AND WHITNEY, HURON CNC...) and control-specific (TRAUB TX7, ZOLLER PC Multivision II , SM motion control sm300...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Axis-specific 611D signals, Cycle disable or Displayed channel number 1 --- 6) to uniform machine states like Out Of Auto, Degraded, Out Of Auto.

  • Transform states like (Out Of Auto, Degraded, Out Of Auto) to indicators (Total Pieces, Operating time, Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (AFFILATRICI, PRATT AND WHITNEY, HURON CNC) machine programming the XAPPS interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Borers, Thread and worm machines or Surface treatment machines that are customized for controls (TRAUB TX7, ZOLLER PC Multivision II , SM motion control sm300...) you profit for Dust Extraction - Dry from low total costs of ownership.
