PARPAS CI-DS Industrial Data Acquisition


 


The PARPAS CI-DS Industrial Data Acquisition for Engraving and Copy milling machines enables you to analyze faults and identify potential for improvements, reinforce the corporate strategy and apportion machine time to product costs of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Capture module integrates resources like Polishing Automatic Machines, Cooling Equipment or Die casting machines cold chamber seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP R/3 or Oracle and delivers consistent information (Run Rate, Ideal Run Rate, Run Rate) in real time. With the Process Data connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (NAXOS, FASTI, PARPAS OMV...) and control-specific (Bridgeport C6, TRAUB TX8F, CINCINNATI Acramatic 900 / 950...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Mirroring, Display in message line page or Status write disable) to uniform machine states like Tool Change , Low Material , Degraded.

  • Transform states like (Tool Change , Low Material , Degraded) to indicators (Run Rate, Ideal Run Rate, Run Rate).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (NAXOS, FASTI, PARPAS OMV) machine programming the MDA - MES connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Shaping and slotting machines, Die casting machines or Shaping and slotting machines that are customized for controls (Bridgeport C6, TRAUB TX8F, CINCINNATI Acramatic 900 / 950...) you profit for Engraving and Copy milling machines from low total costs of ownership.
