GUITTI XMII client connector


 


The GUITTI XMII client connector for Facing and Centring machines enables you to determine the costs per part, acquire the correct part time and capture process information of the plant floor.

The Industrial Data Capture module integrates resources like Car Body Presses, Band Sawing Machines Vertical or Teach-In lathes seamlessly with ERP/MES like infor or MySAP and delivers consistent information (Reduced Speed, Fully Productive Time, Good Pieces) in real time. With the MES - Machine integration connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (GAMEI, LVD TANDEM, MICRONSA...) and control-specific (GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 31i Model A, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 16i Model B, ASEA 400...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Operating mode group number, ESR response enabled or Programmed stop; M00,M01) to uniform machine states like Specific Alarm, Blocked (Blocked Down), Idle .

  • Transform states like (Specific Alarm, Blocked (Blocked Down), Idle ) to indicators (Reduced Speed, Fully Productive Time, Good Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Factory Data Collection technology does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (GAMEI, LVD TANDEM, MICRONSA) machine programming the MES interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Erosion machines, Borers or Sheet Metalforming machines that are customized for controls (GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 31i Model A, GE Fanuc Automation CNC Fanuc Serie 16i Model B, ASEA 400...) you profit for Facing and Centring machines from low total costs of ownership.
