The COLOMBO TSF1300x1500 Sensor Machine EDP connector for Facing Lathes enables you to improveme the quality of data, determine and analyze key figures and capture non-productive time of the plant floor.

The Machine - SAP connector integrates resources like Air- and magnetic Drop Hammers, Chisel tool grinding machines or Fly Presses with Electro Mechanical Drive seamlessly with ERP/MES like SAP or IBS Enterprise and delivers consistent information (Reject Pieces, Good Pieces, Availability) in real time. With the Machine Data Extractor you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BURKHARDT, ROCHART, LILIAN...) and control-specific (AEG 471, MITSUBISHI M75, TOSNUC 5...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Error acknowledgement DB 40, Data type base cursor data or Request bits 1- --- 8- UI) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), Over Cycle , Production Stop .

  • Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), Over Cycle , Production Stop ) to indicators (Reject Pieces, Good Pieces, Availability).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Quality - Production Data Acquisition interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BURKHARDT, ROCHART, LILIAN) machine programming the Operational Data Logging interface can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Robots, Die casting machines or Robots that are customized for controls (AEG 471, MITSUBISHI M75, TOSNUC 5...) you profit for Facing Lathes from low total costs of ownership.
