BOMAR FEEDER M330 and M-VL CNC XAPPS interface


 


The BOMAR FEEDER M330 and M-VL CNC XAPPS interface for Feed handling system by inlay enables you to monitor multiple machine work, achieve a higher failure safety and determine and analyze key figures of the plant floor.

The XAPPS interface integrates resources like CNC lathes 3 axes, Riveting machines or Process Cooling seamlessly with ERP/MES like Brain or SAP xApps and delivers consistent information (Quality Loss, Small Stop, Rework Pieces) in real time. With the SCADA - OPC - ERP connector you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BOXER, KEARNS RICHARDS, I-M- ROMAN UMARO...) and control-specific (HEIDENHAIN 155, NUM Axium Power, Siemens Sinumerik 6TB...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (M02 M30, Program end, abort, Channel number, software component 1---4 or Feedrate override) to uniform machine states like Blocked (Blocked Down), End of Travel , Quality Alert .

  • Transform states like (Blocked (Blocked Down), End of Travel , Quality Alert ) to indicators (Quality Loss, Small Stop, Rework Pieces).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Process Data Acquisition does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BOXER, KEARNS RICHARDS, I-M- ROMAN UMARO) machine programming the Process Data Acquisition can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Milling machines, Borers or Grinding and honing machines that are customized for controls (HEIDENHAIN 155, NUM Axium Power, Siemens Sinumerik 6TB...) you profit for Feed handling system by inlay from low total costs of ownership.
