MIDACO SINUS 20 MES interface


 


The MIDACO SINUS 20 MES interface for Feed handling system by inlay enables you to to consistently monitor processes, capture process information and increase transparency of the plant floor.

The ODA Interface module integrates resources like Mechanical driving Swager machines, Transfer Presses or Gear and bevel gear measuring and testing machines seamlessly with ERP/MES like Microsoft Navision or abas and delivers consistent information (Net Operating Time, Net Operating Time, Quality Loss) in real time. With the OPC - ERP interface you can:

  • Acquire manufacturer (BERLIET, YANCHANG, TURBO SEPARATOR...) and control-specific (AGATHON CNC 250 PLUS, FANUC 6 M / T, HEIDENHAIN 155...) signals and operator input.

  • Combine input (Static key signals, Temperature compensation via command or Battery alarm) to uniform machine states like Over Cycle , Non Productive , Faulted .

  • Transform states like (Over Cycle , Non Productive , Faulted ) to indicators (Net Operating Time, Net Operating Time, Quality Loss).

  • Analyze results in ERP/MES.

As the Machine - MES interface does not interfere with manufacturer-specific (BERLIET, YANCHANG, TURBO SEPARATOR) machine programming the XAPPS connector can be implemented rapidly.

By using Hardware independent, pre-built connectors for Robots, Milling machines or Wire machines that are customized for controls (AGATHON CNC 250 PLUS, FANUC 6 M / T, HEIDENHAIN 155...) you profit for Feed handling system by inlay from low total costs of ownership.
